Determined!

Heidi is a very determined 2 year old. When she wants to do something, she will try everything she can to do it and ignore whatever else is going on around her (usually me giving her instructions). This is just one example. She got undressed for her bath and when she took her clothes to the laundry room, she noticed that the wash machine lid was open and the water was filling. Instead of putting her clothes in the hamper like she usually does, she threw them into the washer. I'm standing there saying, "Okay Heidi, lets's go to the bath. Come on Heidi, it's bathtime, etc....", but she was bound and determined to watch the oh so exciting process of the washer filling up. Even though she was being disobedient, I thought it looked funny to see her little naked self climbing the washer so I grabbed my camera, took her picture and then proceeded to redirect her to the bathtub.
